Mark G. Zuroff has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1976 and has concentrated in real estate transactions since that time. Mr. Zuroff is a graduate of Middlebury College (1972) and Suffolk University School of Law (1976).
He has owned, developed, rehabilitated, remodeled, and sold both his own property individually and in associations with partners. He has also developed his expertise in all aspects of purchasing, financing, and marketing real properties. Mark worked on a number of early condominium conversions in the late 1970s and has continued to do so throughout the Boston area and has worked closely with contractors, landlords, architects, and other real estate professionals in transfers and sales of real estate and ventures related thereto.
Working for developers, lenders, brokers, realtors, and individual buyers and sellers, Mark has helped his clients manage the complexities and nuances of transactional real estate. He has the experience to counsel and assist clients of all levels of experience and financial ability. Mark’s practice has also involved sales and purchases of businesses and leasing, including retail stores, liquor licenses, and business transfers. He is familiar with all areas of corporate and organization establishment. He has created and filed organizational documentation for the establishment of corporations and limited liability companies for the ownership of these businesses and real estate ventures.
